Deliveries take place on our delivery truck with our delivery personnel.
• We delivery to specific areas on certain days.
• We cannot guarantee time slots.
• Delivery windows will be given the evening before your delivery. If the slot given to you is not suitable, please reschedule.
• Please have the area for your furniture cleared before delivery.
• Our delivery personnel cannot make deliveries without their shoes.
• Delivery personnel are not permitted to handle electronic equipment.
It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully!
Returns and Damage
We are proud to offer one of the best return policies online. If you wish to return your in-stock order, you must do so within 10 days for an exchange or a refund.
All items returned must be in new condition, unused, and unmodified. Items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. (Please note: Made-to-order, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for a refund.)
In-stock items that are delivered can be sent back on the same delivery truck. If all items delivered are returned, there is a return fee based on the county.
Once an in-stock item is delivered, it can be returned to our store within 10 days. We can also pickup items for you for a pickup fee based on your county of residence.
Made-to-Order, Personalized or Custom-Made Orders:
Any item that is made-to-order, personalized, or custom-made is not eligible for a refund. All sales are final. A return will not be accepted unless there was a manufacturing defect. If this occurred, please contact us immediately.
How To Cancel An Order
To cancel an order, you must CALL our Customer Service Department at 770-963-6435. We will not accept a cancellation request via e-mail or fax.
All in-stock orders are fully cancellable. In-stock orders can be cancelled up until the time of delivery. Once an in-stock order is placed on the delivery truck, the order can be cancelled, but there is a cancellation fee. This fee is based on the county of delivery.
All custom/special orders are NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
How To Change Your Order
If you need to change something on an in-stock purchase, adding pieces, changing quantities, simply call our Customer Service Department at 770-963-6435.
To change a custom/special order, color, finish, etc, please call and we will attempt to change the order. Please be aware that this is contingent on the manufacturer.
